RP Masiello was hired by INCOM to expand its existing manufacturing facility, while performing upgrades to the corporate office and production portions of the facility. The building expansion primarily required creating a second-floor manufacturing area to house INCOM’s glass extrusion. Work on the first floor included assorted manufacturing spaces and production offices. We also added an elevator implant.

Subsequent to that work, RP Masiello was brought in to reconstruct an older building on the site that failed during the great ice storm and blizzard of 2011. Approximately 35% of the old facility collapsed. Our team quickly mobilized and worked with INCOM, insurance adjusters, and the township, to bring the facility online within 7 months. This project included reconstruction of a laboratory for the manufacturing of glass strips used for cancer testing.
