The Grafton and Upton Railroad traces its history to 1873. Its early success waned in the late 20th century, like many regional shortlines. Jon Delli Priscoli bought the railroad in 2008 with a commitment to revitalize the line from Grafton to Milford. Today it is a major shortline provider and heavy freight carrier, with plans to grow.

New Rail & Logistics Center

Starting in early 2025, RP Masiello will construct a new 100,000 sq. ft. multi-modal distribution center for the railroad. We will add three rail spurs from the main line to serve the new building. Rail cargo will be offloaded then warehoused and processed for delivery by truck to regional distributors.

This is the latest of several projects we have built for the Grafton and Upton Railroad, as well as other companies controlled by Mr. Priscoli.
