First Colony owns and operates the Edaville Railroad & Family Theme Park, the Grafton and Upton Railroad, in addition to several Class A properties that serve corporate, medical, and advanced technology tenants.
Featured Project
RP Masiello, Inc. was requested to design/build a flexible facility for noted developer Jon Delli Priscolli. The concept of the building was to provide housing for start up companies, small businesses, and satellite locations for major corporations. The building was constructed to provide total flexibility for manufacturing, warehousing, corporate or medical. RPM initiated a design so each tenant would have private loading docks, individual power and HVAC control, personal access, security, and high ceilings.
