The property at 125 Northeast Cutoff was first developed as a semi-conductor fabrication facility that operated until 2018. Then, Chacharone Properties purchased the vacant building and engaged RP Masiello to prepare the property for redevelopment. After we completed some preliminary interior demolition and exterior façade improvements, the building was sold to David Clark Company.

RP Masiello was pleased to continue with the project, engaged by David Clark Company as the construction manager to transform the building for its new headquarters, research and manufacturing facility. Spanning 140,000 square feet over two floors, the design includes engineering laboratories, manufacturing and assembly suites to support some 300 pieces of specialized equipment, administrative offices, technical support spaces, a cafeteria, warehousing and logistics. Construction is underway, with completion expected in 2026.
