RP Masiello is once again teaming up with longtime partner Chacharone Properties on an upcoming design-build project. RPM is engaged as construction manager to build a new industrial facility outfitted for adaptive manufacturing operations. The project, based in our local Worcester County, will begin this upcoming spring and is expected to be completed in early 2026.

With this project, RPM and Chacharone properties will once again bring another industrial development project to life. Our history working with Chacharone Properties dates back to 1984 and over the last 40 years, RPM has worked closely with the premier commercial developer to develop, build, and deliver over 20 commercial and industrial buildings across New England.
