Project Manager
RP Masiello is looking for a construction project manager to join our team engaged in several commercial projects across New England. As an experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to work both collaboratively with our various teams and lead the projects of some of our major upcoming commercial work, including several new large building projects.

Job Description
Our Project Managers report directly to the President of the company. We encourage a collaborative working environment and discourage unproductive layers of bureaucracy which hinder effective and smart problem solving. Our project managers are responsible for the full oversight of our construction projects. As a junior level project manager you will have the autonomy to oversee the construction project as you see fit but will also have access to a cadre of senior level project level project managers who can help mentor your growth as a project manager.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5+ years experience as a Project Manager working on commercial construction projects OR
- 5+ years experience working in the field as a Superintendent
- Experience working on Design/Build delivery method is a plus
- Capable of working collaboratively with all parties involved to deliver best project outcome
- Relevant degree in engineering or related field is a plus but NOT a requirement

Business Development Representative
RP Masiello is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative that will work both collaboratively and also independently to identify potential sales leads and work to increase RPM’s exposure in relevant markets across Central New England.

Over 48 years, RPM has built a team of talented construction professionals who work with clients at every step of the way, from planning, permitting and design, through estimation, procurement, and project management.
As an RPM Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for representing RP Masiello and playing a vital role in maximizing potential business revenue. You will have the opportunity to utilize your existing network across Central New England and work to cultivate your contacts and generate leads for potential clients. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and business intelligence relevant to your target commercial market(s). As an experienced sales representative, you will be granted autonomy to generate leads as you see fit and will report directly to the President of the company. Carpenters
RP Masiello is looking for experienced carpenters to join our field teams engaging in commercial construction projects. Our carpenters will have the opportunity to work on our current projects and also our major upcoming work – we have close to 2 million square feet in the pipeline of upcoming commercial work; including several new building projects.

Required Qualifications for Carpenters
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a carpenter on commercial projects OR
- Residential carpenters MAY APPLY if they demonstrate a willingness and ability to adapt to commercial work
- Experience performing rough carpentry & framework, finish work including some millwork & casement work, doors and commercial grade hardware
- MUST POSSES a valid driver’s license and a dependable method of transportation for commuting to job sites.
- Ability to pass a drug screening

Assistant Estimator
RP Masiello is looking for an estimating assistant to join our team, which is currently engaged in several commercial projects across New England. As an entry/mid-level employee, you will have the opportunity to learn from our senior-level professionals and develop a deep understanding not only about pre-construction & estimation but also, about the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects.

Job Description
Our estimating assistant will work with and report to our chief estimator. Additionally, they will collaborate with and help our project managers with their estimating tasks as needed. They will help our teams identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers, gather quotes, and help maintain relevant documents and records throughout the bidding process.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years working as an assistant estimator on commercial construction projects or as an assistant project manager (granted familiarity with sourcing bids during
preconstruction) - Ability to read and understand construction documents and demonstrate understanding of basic engineering and mathematical principles
- Proficiency using popular programs such as Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and other specialized tools such as Procore
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt under pressure within time-sensitive deadlines
- Relevant degree in construction management/ engineering or related field is a plus but NOT a requirement
